Terms & Conditions of ezi888

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires it, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the ezi888 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ezi888 operates an adults-only (21+) platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. ezi888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. ezi888 is a platform designed for and marketed to Indonesian residents. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are ineligible.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion at the time of registration or at any subsequent point when placing a wager or making a deposit.
• Single account: You must not already hold a registered ezi888 account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.

4.1 Deposits. ezi888 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via all major local payment channels. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider, typically within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within minutes for bank transfers.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by ezi888 to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, wherever operationally possible. ezi888 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required.

Conditions applicable to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money Wallet Balance. Bonus Funds that have not cleared wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a turnover requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x) and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Member's account without compensation.
• Game restrictions: Certain game categories — most commonly live casino tables, certain slot titles with high RTP, and progressive jackpot games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. 6.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on ezi888 — including sportsbook bets, live casino wagers, slot spins, and sabung ayam wagers — are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details, including market selection, stake amount, and odds at the time of confirmation.

6.2 Sportsbook. ezi888's sportsbook covers a comprehensive range of sports and leagues, with particular depth in BRI Liga 1 (Indonesian football), the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, the UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and E-sports (MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). The following rules apply to all sportsbook betting:

• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.

• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a win. If one or more selections are voided due to event cancellation, the parlay is recalculated with the voided legs removed at odds of 1.00.

6.5 Sabung Ayam. Sabung ayam live bouts are streamed from licensed arenas. Wagers are placed on Meron (the favored rooster) or Wala (the underdog). All sabung ayam wagers are final once accepted. In the event of a bout being declared a draw or cancelled before a result is determined, all stakes are refunded at full value.

In summary, ezi888 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, ezi888's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ezi888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Member with their bank or payment provider.
• Operating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent limits.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior directed at ezi888 staff or other Members.

Upon account closure for cause, any real-money Wallet Balance remaining after deduction of funds associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or disputed transactions may be returned to the Member at ezi888's discretion, following completion of KYC and AML review. Bonus Funds are forfeited in all closure-for-cause scenarios.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified real-money Wallet Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law applicable to online gaming and betting operators. ezi888 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. All players access the Platform on a voluntary basis and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
